[...] Apr 30th, 2007 by Clyde There has been much discussion as of late concerning a method for releasing the low levels of energy we often hold within us which can ultimately lead to all manner of physical maladies. Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT for short, seems to offer a method for addressing physical and emotional issues where traditional “medicine” has failed or only produced marginal results. Developed by Gary Craig and based on the work of Roger Callahan, EFT represents a mixture of treatment modalities that combine elements of psychotherapy and the manipulation of specific points on the body that equate to meridians used in traditional Chinese medicine.
EFT has been such an incredible thing for my husband. He used to suffer from chronic neck pain, caused by his martial arts. I heard about EFT through another Aber, and we ended up ordering the DVDs. That was almost a year and a half ago, and it's become a huge part of his life now. His neck pain is gone - it was something that he could not heal with his own energy work - and he's no longer focused on energy work except in terms of using it in conjunction with EFT. He's putting on his first EFT clinic tomorrow, for a group of his students and their friends!

About what Abraham would say about EFT, it's funny that you posted this - synchronicity ;). I was just listening to an older CD the other day, and a woman asked about kinesiology. And basically, Abe said, don't ask us. If it feels good to you, you know it's all right. If you have doubts or bad feelings about it, then no, it doesn't work. (or something like that!)
