Let your dominant intent be to feel good which means be playful, have fun, laugh often, look for reasons to appreciate and practice the art of appreciation. And as you practice it, the Universe, who has been watching you practice, will give you constant opportunities to express it. So that your life just gets better and better and better.

Okay, so perhaps this is a little late :) I started this before I left for work but never finished it. No time like the present to start appreciating.

Things I appreciate today:

  1. The cool breeze on a nice sunny day.
  2. The birds I can hear twittering outside my window.
  3. I appreciate a Dr.’s appointment falling into place without much effort.
  4. I appreciate the fact that I have finally joined a gym and will be working with a personal trainer to gain a more healthy body. :D That may change when the pain starts :D
  5. I appreciate run by hugs and “I love you’s” from my kids.

Ah, that left a smile on my face :D That was well worth the concentration to get it done!

I’m off to get another post done now!
