Ah, Contrast, the stuff life is thankfully made of.
I can hear you now, “What’s so good about this crappy situation I’m in?” I know that the “in the minute” reflections of where you are can be painful and frustrating at times. The reason this is so, is because when you are in the midst of “negative” situations, it just makes you so much more aware of where you want to be, but currently are not.
I am most often a “Tuned In, Tapped In, Turned On” person, but, as do just about every person on earth, I have times when I turn upstream and do my share of battling the current. While we may endeavor to be turned downstream, heading toward our heart’s desires, all the time, it is a very rare occurrence that someone is able to hold that vibration for a unlimited time. It is very like a football game. You gain yardage and lose yardage but the ultimate goal is that touchdown, and the dance that goes with it
.
This morning, I woke up with some painful post manifestational awareness going on. My ear was throbbing with what I know to be a bout of swimmer’s ear. Yeow! was my first reaction and then “yea, *I* did that”.
It’s a wonderful thing, that what you think and how you feel is always a vibrational match. It’s a wonderful thing that what you think and how you feel—and what manifests—is always a vibrational match. But if you wait to correct your course until something is already manifested, it’s harder to correct your course. We call that post-manifestational awareness.

The last couple of days I have run the full gamut of the emotional scale - from depression back up to knowing. It was a rough ride and the swimmer’s ear was just reminder of where my emotion had been. Thankfully, I am back on the right track now, whew! I don’t like the post manifestational stuff, but now, I can appreciate it. Abraham sent me a message in the form of a daily quote this morning -
But it does take the determination that you’re going to put your thoughts upon something that does feel good. And so, here we’re going to make a very bold statement: Any disease could be healed in a matter of days, any disease, if distraction from it could occur, and a different vibration dominate — and the healing time is about how much mix-up there is in all of that.

All Is Well
I know my ear will be back to normal by this afternoon, tomorrow the latest
I have the vibration that caused it well taken care of and have moved up the scale to a better place. Will I go back down, probably. But at least I know I can work my way back up quickly to where I need to be if I take the time and do the work.
It is all about the vibration, my vibration. No matter what the circumstance, I do have a choice about how I feel. It is my job to feel good. And as if on cue, the shower radio was playing the most appropriate song what made my heart sing! The chorus is below. My business is taking care of my vibration. And I am working overtime to find the best feeling thought that I can.
Takin’ Care of Business (Listen to a clip here.)
Taking care of business (every day)
Taking care of business (every way)
We be been taking care of business (it’s all mine)
Taking care of business and working overtime
I so appreciate the fact that my life has had more than it’s fair share of ups and downs. I appreciate the fact that I have had quite a few relationships that have been VERY upstream affairs.
I can look at my life now and see how so many of the the rockets that I shot off during the not so good times have come into fruition. Life really is good based due to the contrast I have experienced. My new license plate says it all

The July 10th Abraham-Hicks’s flip calendar had the most inspiring quote today. I aspire to be able to tell people this and know that it is my current reality.
Those who observe you will be amazed by the things they begin to see happening in your experience and by the joy that you will obviously be radiating. And you will explain, with the confidence and certainty that you were born with, “I have found a way to allow the Well-Being flow that is natural to me. I have learned to practice the Art of Allowing”.
