		<description>I think that's one of the most powerful thoughts out there: "I have come to realize that no matter how bad things look in the moment, that in the end, it will all work out."  It made me think about how Jack Canfield described W. Clement Stone - no matter what happened, he believed that the universe was conspiring in his favor.

As your article demonstrates, we have no idea what else is going on "out there", and what is being prepared for us.  The story about your employee is a perfect example! :)  I try to remember stuff like that in the little annoyances, like if I've misplaced my car keys and I need to get to work... who knows what was going to happen on the freeway had I left when I'd planned to.  Thanks for reminding me of this again.</description>
