Thanks so much for all your suggestions! I have spent a bit of time distracting myself on YouTube and also rewatching my MindMovie. That was probably the biggest thing that helped me move up a notch or two. It made me realize what was important to me. Happy smiling faces of my family. I’ve been petting my cat and puppy and looking for things to appreciate. It has moved me up from where I was and I am moving on up that scale

I think I will rent a couple of the movies this weekend and spend a bit of time vegging out and enjoying myself

I love Tom Bodett’s books about Homer, Alaska - http://www.bodett.com/bio.htm. The tv series, Northern Exposure was not written by him but the stories are similar. I watch a lot of comedies….bought some of the sitcoms on DVD and I get them at the video store sometimes…it depends on your sense of humor, so I’m not sure my tastes are like yours, but if you GO to the video store, it will take you awhile to browse and capture your attention. If you go to Amazon.com or ebay.com and search “comedy”…it will capture your attention for awhile, and I’m sure something will whisper “watch me!”. Go to YouTube and watch some really dumb stuff and you’ll be so grateful that you have a normal sense of humor. LOL! Even some of the adventure movies have humor- like Indiana Jones.
