Let your dominant intent be…
Let your dominant intent be to feel good which means be playful, have fun, laugh often, look for reasons to appreciate and practice the art of appreciation. And as you practice it, the Universe, who has been watching you practice, will give you constant opportunities to express it. So that your life just gets better and better and better.

Ah what a beautiful morning. It was nice a cool and crisp outside walking the dog this morning.
On to my list of appreciations this morning:
1) I oh so appreciate a 7 year old who slept through the night. Insomnia and 7 year olds can create some pretty sticky situations. I did a gratitude dance this morning when he said that he didn’t get up! Wahoo!
2) I appreciate the intensity that my children have. They are such strong beings. They know what they want and when they want it. I also appreciate that the most intense of the three (that amazing 7 year old) can hear in the midst of his overpowering emotions and turn from paddling ferociously upstream to going with the flow. It was pretty amazing to watch. He does GET it all and I so appreciate it.
3) I appreciate the fact that my husband is considering cutting back on his meds so he can try and deal with the vibrational aspect that comes along with strong emotions. I appreciate that he says he is feeling hope now
WAHOO
I am looking forward to a nice calm day.

And this IS my license plate on my car!

An Ahhhh smelling puppy - That doggy doggy smell was really getting to be overpowering LOL
Kids in a good mood after a full day of school.
The perfect songs playing on the radio everytime I turned it on.
Hummingbirds outside my window. It is so cool having a feeder no more than 4 feet away from my desk that the hummingbirds frequent often.
Finding a really cool doggy day care for Emma (our 4 month old puppy) to visit for socialization. Our 7 y/o cat Sugar is not amused or willing to deal with puppy antics.
Finding out that my built up expectation, that the trip to the vet with Emma today would be horrible, was totally unfounded. She got up into the car and was quiet the whole way there.
Quite a difference from the last time I took her when she howled all the way there and back.
Really feeling the coolness of meditating for 15 minutes
I felt so refreshed after I was done. I can definitely do that on a daily basis.
