:) Over the span of the day, I found several other things to be appreciative:

An Ahhhh smelling puppy - That doggy doggy smell was really getting to be overpowering LOL

Kids in a good mood after a full day of school.

The perfect songs playing on the radio everytime I turned it on.

Hummingbirds outside my window. It is so cool having a feeder no more than 4 feet away from my desk that the hummingbirds frequent often.

Finding a really cool doggy day care for Emma (our 4 month old puppy) to visit for socialization. Our 7 y/o cat Sugar is not amused or willing to deal with puppy antics.

Finding out that my built up expectation, that the trip to the vet with Emma today would be horrible, was totally unfounded. She got up into the car and was quiet the whole way there. :) Quite a difference from the last time I took her when she howled all the way there and back.

Really feeling the coolness of meditating for 15 minutes :) I felt so refreshed after I was done. I can definitely do that on a daily basis.
