Let your dominant intent be…

Let your dominant intent be to feel good which means be playful, have fun, laugh often, look for reasons to appreciate and practice the art of appreciation. And as you practice it, the Universe, who has been watching you practice, will give you constant opportunities to express it. So that your life just gets better and better and better.

Excerpted from the workshop in Atlanta, GA on Saturday, September 13th, 1997

It appears that I have missed several days of my appreciations, but oh not so ;) I have been doing them all day long and sometimes, sitting down to type them all out just isn’t possible.

On my post, The Time is Now, I had a friend ask me if my words matched my feelings. She sensed that it was a little bit off. My reply was that it was a bit of “faking it until you make it” but that I was aspiring to feel and beleive what I put. I am glad to report that I am so feeling what I posted now. That conscious decision to feel better and to take some small steps to get there make a tremendous difference.

Appreciation and Meditation make all the difference. If you say you don’t have enough time in your day to do these things, you are just making excuses. At most, you will spend about 20 minutes out of 1440 minutes in your day. Abraham states that it takes, at most, 15 minutes to get the benefit of connection. Appreciation can be done all at one time, like a post in a blog, or all through out your day. It really is easy peasy if you commit to making a difference in how you are feeling a focusing.

My Appreciations For Today and Past Days:

My dream that I was talking to Abraham! 8)
A fabulous Meet-Up. Great people and discussions.
Martha and EFT
Husband’s good mood when I was checking in via phone
Running into someone that I know at BJs
Paper Mario
Bright blue skies
Wind chimes chiming
Laugher
Meditation (Which I am off to do now! :) )

Appreciation and Meditation make all the difference.

After months of not meditating, I did for the first time yesterday … later in the day I received my calender from Amazon, along with the new book, The Power of Emotions … and you know what the page for yesterdays date said … it was on meditating! Loving the feeling of being in sync … I’m following your appreciation rampage, and will join along.
    Much love to you,
    Tricia
