I am so glad I found your blog. I feel like I found wonderful friends. I so get all that you and Jon are saying. This past year I was introduced to the work of Byron Katie (Is that the absolute truth?) LOVE IT! And EFT, LOVE IT AS WELL! These and more have been wonderful tools in my “It’s all about me” toolbox. Yes, MY/Me/MOI. I just finished reading a wonderful book called I.M. Heart. It’s about healing those emotional wounds that block us from moving forward in our journey. I found it very helpful in its tools and strategies. All coming from the heart. I hope you have a chance to check it out.

May I share something that also works for me? When I sit in quiet and listen to my highest self I hear that I am already in a perfect place in the perfect moment. I don’t need to look for anything I’m already there. For me, that’s self love :>) The rest is not looking for something, it’s all part on my journey.

Well, go to the brook, sit and think and then just sit.

Then, remember just how much you are loved, just because you are and just try to wrap yourself around that.

Then wipe your eyes off, take a deep breath and go home and tell us about how beautiful you found your soul, sit at a typewriter and pound out the magic and the majesty and send pithy posts from your world tour.
