Hi and thank you so much for all of your wonderful insights! I googled Rampage of Appreciation after having written a post on it in my blog and found YOU, my old friend! You are always so in sync with the musings in my head! I've been re-listening to Ask and It Is Given on CD this week (the processes are such a great thing to have in your toolbox, right?) Hmm ... will they let me do a little linkie here? Let's see ... Ask and It Is Given Did it work?

I did this process on my ex-boyfriend (I think I mentioned to you once having noticed the disparity in his and my outlooks ... when he was a "current" ... now he's an "ex" ... look at that! )

Hugs,
Col
