Tapping for Anxiety, Stress and Tension – Free MP3 Download

I LOVE Google. I was searching for EFT mp3 downloads on various issues. I am still not comfortable doing my own script to tap to. I came across a great site that has a full line of mp3 downloads that deal with fears & phobias, feelings & emotions, health issues, life issues, business & career, & other topics.

The site has a free download available for dealing with anxiety, stress, and tension. Who doesn’t need help in that arena every so often?!

This EFT session helps you release tension and anxiety and allows you to become more peaceful and relaxed. Regular use of this EFT process can help you manage your daily stress, tension and anxiety so it does not negatively affect your body.

The download includes a pdf that covers all the aspects of doing the eft including showing you the tapping points. There are two scripts that you can read and tap to and a third affirmation script to help cement in the changed place you are in emotionally.

There is also a 15 minute mp3 that covers what is in the pdf. There are 2 rounds of EFT tapping on the topic of anxiety and stress and a third tapping session which contains affirmations. I really liked listening to Kathy led the eft versus me reading the script and tapping at the same time. It was MUCH easier for me to concentrate on the actual emotional component of the issue this way.
