As I was traveling around reading my favorite blogs, I came across a post on Denise’s blog at Feel It Real. She is sharing The Favorites Game from her book, Feel It Real.
I am going to play it now
and invite you to play along too. Anything that gives a vibration boost is a wonderful thing!
The Favorites Game
Check your vibration right before and right after you play the game. You will feel a profound lifting of your frequency (thus attracting more favorite things into your life).
The key to really raising your vibration with this game is speed. Answer the following questions as fast as you can!

That’s a good way to come up with positive thinking. Instead of saying list 20 things to feel good about, which is very appropriate sometimes, this guides you and prompts you with the questions. Very good strategy when you’re down and having trouble thinking positive…when you’re led in a positive direction, it just keeps getting easier and easier! Thanks for sharing this.

That’s a great game. It naturally shifts your focus away from what you don’t want and onto what you do want!
