You could stand here sick with ten illnesses today, and tomorrow have no evidence of any of them. Your body has the ability to replenish itself that fast. But most of you do not have the ability to change your thoughts that fast. So the amount of time that it takes between sickness and wellness is only the amount of time that it takes for me to figure out how to let it in — for me to figure out how to feel good, when I’m looking at something that makes me feel bad

Our Love,
Jerry and EstherFrom the Daily Email Abraham Quotes
I am very healthy and rarely get sick, but when I do, there is a definite correlation with my focus in the previous two weeks, or longer, and the severity of the illness. I came to realize that, when I am vigorously paddling upstream and getting mad that I am not getting to the downstream location where I want to be, that an illness is bound to show up for me.
Luckily, a shift in focus and changing my location on the emotional scale usually halts the progression of anything and makes it fade away pretty darned quickly.
Man, what a powerful creator I am!
