Abraham describes the Power of 68 seconds of Pure Thought.
This process is best used when you are between 1. Joy / Appreciation / Empowered / Freedom / Love and 5. Optimism .
The Creative Workshop is best used when you want to focus on something that is important to you and want to focus on it in a way that is more positive. In doing so, you will help boost your dominate vibration to a more positive, powerful one. If you are not in a happy place, this is probably not the process for you.
Here’s an example of how to create your “creative workshop”.
Abraham suggests that you sit and write out your thoughts as it helps you become more focused.
Get 4 pieces of paper. At the top of the first page write “My Body.”
Under that title, write a short list of what you would like to have regarding your body, like
I want to return to my ideal body weight. I want to get a great haircut. I want to find some wonderful new clothes. I want to feel strong and fit.
P 156 AaIIG.
Then, happily daydream about WHY you would like these things and write your “because” statements under your want list. This focused writing will help you activate the energy around the things in your life that you deal with on a daily basis. You will be come more clear about what you are wanting and focusing, positively, on the desire.
You might stumble a little if you come across some issues that are a little touchy. In my opinion, as Abraham doesn’t endorse any outside therapy, this is a perfect time to start tapping away. The weight issue has always been an “issue” for me and tapping on my fears of losing weight or the fear of failure to lose weight was always an undercurrent. Using EFT to soften the resistance to these issues has been an immense help.
Once you have done your reasons for wanting what you want, contemplate it a little. Daydream about the fabulous body you have created and how wonderful you look and feel. That positive boost has shifted your vibration well into the right direction to allow those things to come into your experience.
On the remaining papers, but the heading of My Home, My Relationships and My Work. Repeat the steps that you have done above with each of these issues. If you have a difficult time coming up with a list of things you want, you can skip on to the next sheet.
Abraham gives quite a nice list of examples in the book between pages 155-165.
This relaxed and simple process will cause an increased activation of the things that matter most to you, and you will immediately begin to see evidence of increased activity in circumstances and events that are associated with these topics.
Pg 161 AaIIG
Abraham suggests that you do the creative workshop once a day for about 15 minutes. You should only do this process if you are in a good mood and able to look forward to what you want with the expectation that it will be coming you way.
The positive focusing, as done in this process, will open the door to allow these things to flow into your experience.

In the book, Ask and It Is Given (AaIIG), Abraham shares 22 processes that will help you get into alignment. The processes will help you move to better feeling thoughts about circumstances in your life, which in turn, will help you manifest the things / circumstances that you desire. In the posts to follow, over time, I will explain the processes. I am not going to do them in numerical order but in a fashion that suits my whim.
You will find that most are actually VERY easy to do and you will feel relief from the way you were previously focusing.
The processes are created to work with the Emotional Guidance Scale. In the book, you will find that there is a recommended range on the Emotional Guidance Scale that will work best with the process. I have condensed this into an excel spread sheet that you can download.

You can use the scroll bar on the spreadsheet to move your emotion to the top of the list so you can easily view the corresponding processes that will be helpful to you.
Do I Have To Do ALL The Associated Processes?
You can if you want to, but it isn’t necessary. The goal of the processes is to help you move to a better feeling emotion. You can do that with a single process. Though, if it feels good to do them all, then by all means do so. It will just get you flowing in the right direction and raise your vibration.

This process is best if you are between Optimism (5) and Joy (1) on the emotional guidance scale.
This process lets you get as creative as you want and have a bit of vibration raising fun.
The process, as described by Abraham, suggests that you find a box that is pleasing to look at. On the lid, or some place that is easy to see, you write “Whatever is contained in this box—IS!”
Gather as many magazines, catalogs, and brochures that contain the things that you are looking to manifest. Cut out the things that you want in your experience and drop them into your box, all the while knowing that “whatever is contained int this box - IS!”.
Continue to collect the images and scenarios that you want in your life and continue to add them to your creation box. If you are out and about and see something that makes you feel good and you would like it in your experience, write it down with as many “feeling” words as you can and put that in your box as well.
If you have been living on the higher end of the emotional guidance scale and have a mostly positive outlook on life, this process will serve to ramp up your vibration. Those things that you get excited about as you put them into your box will quickly manifest.
In other words, for someone who has not been practicing thoughts of resistance, this process will be all that you will ever need to create a wonderful life: You ask; Source answers; you let it in. You ask and it is given.
Ask and It Is Given pg. 151
This process dovetails nicely with the vision boards you see people talking about thanks to “The Secret”. Instead of having a box, you glue / tape your pictures on a board that you can place in plain view. Christine Kane has a fabulous tutorial on how to create a vision board.
If you are technologically inclined, there are computer programs that allow you to make digital vision boards. Mind Movies are another way to utilize the Magical Creation Box premise.
In order to be effective, all you only have to be in a place of excited expectation of the arrival of the things you include in your box, board, or movie.
We want you to feel the fun and joy of the process. Often, when you get something that you have been wanting, your feeling of elation is very short-lived, but this game will give you the opportunity to savor the things that you desire longer. And then, the thrill of the manifestation, even though short, will be all the sweeter.

Abraham suggests that this process is most effective when you are between (8) Boredom and (17) Anger.
The best times to use this process are when:
You may have heard us say that your point of power is in the present because even though you may be thinking about the past, or you may be thinking about the now, or you may be thinking about the future— you are doing it all right now. You are vibrating now. The pulse is now. The vibrational offering is now. So what is happening is, any creative tension between the summoning of the Life Force and allowing of it to flow through you (the summoning and the allowing)—is all happening right here in the now.
So, here is the word that we want you to focus upon for the next few days. Here you stand in this fresh place. We love the freshness of where you stand. And now we want to show you how to stand in this fresh place and align your fresh Energy with fresh desire that will bring fresh and easy results.
The Focus Wheel is the best tool that we have found to help you bridge a belief so that it matches your desire. Now, this is what we mean by this: The formula for creating anything, even, let us say, joyful tax preparation, is: Identify the desire and then achieve a vibrational match with it.

As I was contemplating how to explain the “Focus Wheel” process to you, I came across a WONDERFUL YouTube video that does SO much better than I could do here.
Arvind Singh has beautifully explained the process. You can download a copy of a blank focus wheel at his website.
Connee Chandler has a great page that has many examples of other people’s focus wheels.
