Abraham describes the Power of 68 seconds of Pure Thought.
This process is best used when you are between 1. Joy / Appreciation / Empowered / Freedom / Love and 5. Optimism .
The Creative Workshop is best used when you want to focus on something that is important to you and want to focus on it in a way that is more positive. In doing so, you will help boost your dominate vibration to a more positive, powerful one. If you are not in a happy place, this is probably not the process for you.
Here’s an example of how to create your “creative workshop”.
Abraham suggests that you sit and write out your thoughts as it helps you become more focused.
Get 4 pieces of paper. At the top of the first page write “My Body.”
Under that title, write a short list of what you would like to have regarding your body, like
I want to return to my ideal body weight. I want to get a great haircut. I want to find some wonderful new clothes. I want to feel strong and fit.
P 156 AaIIG.
Then, happily daydream about WHY you would like these things and write your “because” statements under your want list. This focused writing will help you activate the energy around the things in your life that you deal with on a daily basis. You will be come more clear about what you are wanting and focusing, positively, on the desire.
You might stumble a little if you come across some issues that are a little touchy. In my opinion, as Abraham doesn’t endorse any outside therapy, this is a perfect time to start tapping away. The weight issue has always been an “issue” for me and tapping on my fears of losing weight or the fear of failure to lose weight was always an undercurrent. Using EFT to soften the resistance to these issues has been an immense help.
Once you have done your reasons for wanting what you want, contemplate it a little. Daydream about the fabulous body you have created and how wonderful you look and feel. That positive boost has shifted your vibration well into the right direction to allow those things to come into your experience.
On the remaining papers, but the heading of My Home, My Relationships and My Work. Repeat the steps that you have done above with each of these issues. If you have a difficult time coming up with a list of things you want, you can skip on to the next sheet.
Abraham gives quite a nice list of examples in the book between pages 155-165.
This relaxed and simple process will cause an increased activation of the things that matter most to you, and you will immediately begin to see evidence of increased activity in circumstances and events that are associated with these topics.

Abraham suggests that you do the creative workshop once a day for about 15 minutes. You should only do this process if you are in a good mood and able to look forward to what you want with the expectation that it will be coming you way.
The positive focusing, as done in this process, will open the door to allow these things to flow into your experience.

In the book, Ask and It Is Given (AaIIG), Abraham shares 22 processes that will help you get into alignment. The processes will help you move to better feeling thoughts about circumstances in your life, which in turn, will help you manifest the things / circumstances that you desire. In the posts to follow, over time, I will explain the processes. I am not going to do them in numerical order but in a fashion that suits my whim.
You will find that most are actually VERY easy to do and you will feel relief from the way you were previously focusing.
The processes are created to work with the Emotional Guidance Scale. In the book, you will find that there is a recommended range on the Emotional Guidance Scale that will work best with the process. I have condensed this into an excel spread sheet that you can download.

You can use the scroll bar on the spreadsheet to move your emotion to the top of the list so you can easily view the corresponding processes that will be helpful to you.
Do I Have To Do ALL The Associated Processes?
You can if you want to, but it isn’t necessary. The goal of the processes is to help you move to a better feeling emotion. You can do that with a single process. Though, if it feels good to do them all, then by all means do so. It will just get you flowing in the right direction and raise your vibration.

Process #22: Moving Up the Emotional Scale (pg 293)
This process is best if you are between (1) Joy / Knowledge / Empowerment / Freedom / Love / Appreciation and (22) Fear / Grief / Depression / Despair / Powerlessness on the emotional guidance scale.
The benefit of this process is that it will help you figure out what emotional set point is. Your dreams or nightmares are just a reflection of what is going on in your waking vibration. Dreams can also be used as a warning as to what types of feelings will be coming into your waking experience if you don’t move them to a better feeling place. Dreams can help prevent things from manifesting out of the oblivious. If you aren’t consciously aware of what you are feeling, dreams are a great way of figuring that out.
The essence of the way you feel about the things you think about most will eventually manifest in your real-life experience— but it takes even less time and attention for it to manifest in your dream state. And for that reason, your dreams can be of immense value in helping you understand what you are in the process of creating in your awake state. If you are in the process of creating something that you do not want, it would be easier to change the direction of your thoughts before it manifests than waiting to change your thoughts after it manifests.

If you remember your dreams frequently, you can intend, when you go to sleep, that you will remember the important feelings from your dreams. When you awaken, just lay there and try to recall the dreams. What you are trying to figure out is the actual FEELING of the dreams and not the specifics of the dreams. So often we get caught up trying to figure out the symbolism of certain aspects of the dreams that we overlook the most important aspect, the way the dream felt.
If the feelings surrounding your dreams is predominately positive feelings, then you can rest assured that you are heading toward manifestations that you will like in your waking life. If the dream was about something that you want, but don’t yet have, you can keep recalling the good feeling dream as a way to get yourself into alignment with that which you want. It helps to lessen any resistance you might have to it actually manifesting.
If, on the other hand, the feelings are not so good feeling, this is your opportunity to move those emotions to a better feeling place before they can negatively manifest into your life.
As soon as you begin to understand that your dreams are wonderful reflections of how you really feel and what you are creating, then you can begin to deliberately change your thoughts in order to positively affect your dreams. And as soon as you receive the positive dream, you will know that you are on the path of a more positive real-life manifestation.
AAISG – page 195-196
If you wake from a less than positive dream, you can take the bad feelings and work them up the emotional guidance scale. If the dream was particularly upsetting, using EFT on the emotions may help reduce the emotional charge.
I actually recommend using EFT at the same time you are moving your way up the Emotional Guidance Scale. I have found that this works very well for me and has long lasting results.
