It’s been a while since I posted my gratitudes of the day so I figured I would do it today
I haven’t been following PDF every day, but I HAVE been finding things to appreciate every day. I tell ya, it makes a world of difference. I have really turned my mood around
This gratitude thing makes me feel good!
I found a great site today called GratitudeLog. If you don’t have a blog or use Twitter, this might be a great place for you to go to get on the Gratitude train
This was my post over there today:
What a wonderful website this is
I’ll start being grateful for this wonderful site!
I am grateful for my wonderful family, all so super smart and talented. I am grateful for our thriving internet business. I am so Grateful that Bizrate has selected us as a Platinum award winner for 2009! We are in the top 1% of merchants for customer service! I LOVE our customers. I am grateful for two great employees who have really made that award possible. I am grateful for the bird feeders out side my office window and the sounds of the birds tweeting. I love seeing the blue birds out on the kid’s play set and the hawks that soar overhead. Ahhh… I could go onBut that will suffice for now!
I hope you all have a fabulous day today!
Take five minutes to write about how grateful you are for all of the wonderful things that you currently have in your life. Don’t long for what you don’t possess—instead, take stock of all the blessings you already enjoy.
This one is an easy one for me
It has only taken me 5 days to get myself in a MUCH better place focus-wise.
I am very grateful for the wonderful, talented husband I have, who always takes my feelings in consideration in everything he does. I am grateful for 3 amazing, intelligent, boisterous children who are growing up into their own. I am here just to provide a safe haven for them, when they need it. They are going to be SOOO successful and have the life of their making when they grow up. I am grateful for this beautiful house that I first brought into being vibrationally and then into my physical reality! It was my first real “creation” that I had a ball dreaming about
I am grateful for a thriving internet business that only requires me to be in the office for a short time each week. It allows me to be in my beautiful home and with my fabulous family a lot and I LOVE it
Man, if I am ever feeling down about stuff, I need to come back and read this post because I have it GOOD LOL
Write a short message of thanks for some of the “negative” things in your life.
I am very thankful for all I have experienced in my life. For without the contast, I wouldn’t have been able to move forward, grow and expand. I have come to learn that no matter how things appear in the moment, even if you can’t see any possible resolution to the issue, it always does turn out okay. ALWAYS
And, in my experience, the outcome is always much more than I ever imagined.
Write about something you feel grateful for in your life today.
Let’s see
I am very grateful that I am able to wear my contact lenses today! The pink eye has finally fully gone away. My glasses did the job, but weren’t my favorite way to see my world
This evening, I drove my 12 year old daughter, who is mature beyond her years, about 40 minutes to her guitar lesson. She talked, non stop, the whole way there. She told me about a movie they watched in science about tornados. As she was telling me, I’m thinking, I KNOW that movie! They showed Night of the Twisters. I told her the story line as she was recounting it.
She then went on to tell me, just about chapter by chapter, about the book, The Outsiders, that she was reading in school. They will be watching the movie too. What a cast it has! I don’t remember seeing it, but it has all the actors from my era in it! Old mom even surprised her a bit too. I am not as square as she thought! While we were waiting to go into the lesson, she was playing songs from her ipod and testing me to see if I knew the artists. Got all of them except a few! Even impressed myself.
I am very grateful that we are forging a wonderful relationship.
