I have finally found meditations that I can do in 20 minutes or less
With three kids under foot, finding time to meditate is no easy feat for me.
There is a company located out of England called Meditainment that has downloadable (mp3) guided meditations that are really good. Now that I have finally figured out how to effectively use my mp3 player that I got for Christmas last year, I have been able to download all of the meditations that interest me and do a shuffle of the playlist and allow the universe to come up with the one meditation that is best for me.
I had a nice paddle down a river to a quiet field this afternoon… AH it was VERY relaxing.
I haven’t personally tried the “Secret Garden” guided meditation, but you can download it for free by clicking on the graphic below.

As a subscriber to the service, I can share 6 meditations with my friends. If you would like to try another meditation from this site, let me know your email address and which meditation you are interested in and I will send you an invite. Sorry, only one freebie per person
It has been a long month for me as I have finally managed to point myself back down river and am, once again, going with the flow. That paddling up river is sooo time consuming! The numbness is getting better every day. I got a diagnosis of a herniated disc in my neck which was pressing on my spinal cord causing the leg numbness - YEAH! To think, I would be happy with a diagnosis. Unfortunately, in my attempt to paddle up river, I used the internet to find all sorts of not so nice reasons why my legs would be numb. The paddling was a time and energy consuming and joy sucking activity that, for a while, I couldn’t stop myself from doing.
In my attempt to find out what I had been vibing that would have attracted this manifestation (post manifestational awareness), I have narrowed it down to my job. For quite a while, before this manifested, I had been really getting frustrated by the fact that, even though we own this successful business, I was feeling stuck, unhappily, doing the day to day drudgery stuff and not being able to enjoy the fact that it was successful.
Stuck and unable to move from that place, I manifested a physical condition that also made me feel the same exact way. The solution (to which the Dr. wholeheartedly agrees to) to help things get better? Stop sitting in front of my computer so much. I have decided to allow my wonderful employees to take on more of the daily things that I had been so attached to (”No one can do it as well as I can!”) and spend about 1/2 the time at the office that I used to.
Things are getting better every day and things are starting to feel like they are flowing now - THANK goodness! Once you have been in the exhilerating flow, paddling up river really creates some strong contrast.
From the Abraham-Hicks Daily Quote Email:
If all you did was just look for things to appreciate you would live a joyous, spectacular life. If there was nothing else that you ever came to understand other than just look for things to appreciate, it’s the only tool you would ever need to predominantly hook you up with who you really are. That’s all you’d need.

Okay Joy, here I come!
Today J had a special Thanksgiving luncheon at school. There were quite a few parents there with their kids. I loved watching all the interactions. When it was time to leave, I did some mighty appreciation of my work situation. I was so thankful to have a job where I could leave half a day to be able to spend time with my children. All the children really enjoyed the special time with their parents. Most of the children had to stay for the rest of the day and were very sad when their parents had to leave to go back to work. I was able to take J home with me. I so appreciate the fact that I have a business that will allow me to do these types of things. I appreciate the fact that my business just keeps growing. I appreciate that we have two wonderful full time employees that are extremely capable of taking care of business when I am not there. Thank you U for helping me see the joyous end of the job stick instead of the frustrating end of it
